It's that time of year. Birds are singing, flowers are blooming and horseshoes are flying. This year's 7th annual Stonington Horseshoe Invitational Tournament will be held on Saturday July 10th.
A new addition for the post tournament porch sitting is the Red Ryder BB gun that Santa brought this year. Heather will be in charge of deciding whether we are sober enough to use it. We don't want any eyes shot out.
The pits have had a good spring cleaning and are ready for action. As always, the shoes are available for practice. Several people have already taken advantage of this exciting opportunity, so don't be a stranger.
